Acceptable Use Policy

Allbio.AI is dedicated to artificial intelligence in life sciences, biotech, biopharma, and the broader bio-industry. Content, listings, and discussions should relate to this scope. We reserve the right to remove or reclassify content that is materially off-topic.

You may not post, upload, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Advertises, sells, or solicits products or services anywhere on the Service except through an authorized listing or placement in its designated category. This site-wide restriction includes articles, use cases, tutorials, Community discussions, replies, comments, profiles, member messages, and other user-submitted content. Products, courses, jobs, events, and other permitted commercial listings must use their dedicated submission forms and comply with the applicable category rules and this AUP. An authorized listing does not permit unrelated advertising or solicitation elsewhere on the Service. Relevant, non-promotional discussion, factual references to organizations or tools, and educational examples are allowed; they must not be used to disguise a sales pitch.
• Harasses, threatens, or targets any individual or group.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or gratuitously violent.
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading, including spam or fake listings.
• Contains malware, exploits, or other harmful code.
• Infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
• Doxxes or discloses another person's personal data without consent.
• Includes protected health information (PHI) or others' personal data without a lawful basis and consent.
• Makes promotional or pharmaceutical claims that violate FDA, EMA, or other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provides direct medical, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice to individuals.

• No prompts, jailbreaks, or techniques designed to bypass the safety controls of third-party AI systems.
• No content that encourages unsafe laboratory, clinical, or manufacturing procedures.
• Community-submitted tutorials and code samples are not independently tested by Allbio AI LLC; contributors should clearly note assumptions, limitations, and any required safety precautions.

• No impersonation of another person, company, or organization.
• No manipulation of votes, ratings, or engagement metrics.
• No abuse of free trials or promotional offers.
• Do not mark an event, course, or program as free if any trial, donation, membership, paid certificate, upgrade, add-on, freemium gate, or other charge applies.
• No repeated or deceptive identity changes used to evade accountability, impersonate others, or obscure who you are. Members are identified by their real first and last name; name changes are locked and require moderator approval, and all changes are logged for audit purposes.

Member-to-member messaging is intended for professional networking related to AI in life sciences, not commercial advertising, cold sales pitches, or unauthorized solicitation. Links shared in messages must not be deceptive, malicious, or designed to circumvent these policies or the safety controls of the Service. For user safety, links in messages are displayed as plain text and are not clickable.

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Consequences may escalate for repeat violations, including permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities or rights holders. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal through our appeal form (preferred — appeals are tracked in our support queue) or by emailing legal@allbio.ai. When we remove content you posted, we send a removal notice with the reason to the email address on your account, and the item is marked "Taken down" in your submission status page. If a paid listing is declined before it is published, no service was delivered: you can revise and resubmit it, or take a full refund (and we refund automatically if neither happens within 14 days). If a listing is removed after publication for a policy violation, refunds are at our discretion and may be denied. Misusing the refund process — for example, repeatedly buying listings, running them for most of the refund window, and then reclaiming the money — is a breach of this policy, and we may decline further refunds or further paid listings for that account.

Reports from logged-in users are reviewed in light of this policy. When we remove or restrict content based on a report or automated screening, we notify the affected user at the email address on their account with the reason and, where applicable, the specific rule violated. You may appeal through our appeal form or by emailing legal@allbio.ai. We aim to acknowledge appeals within 5 business days and to issue a decision within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We have zero tolerance for illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that promotes or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism, or content that is illegal under applicable law. Such content is removed immediately, the offending account is terminated, and we report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

Logged-in users may report content directly through the "Report" or flag button on most listings, articles, tutorials, use cases, events, comments, and community posts. Reports are reviewed by our team in light of this policy. You may also contact us via our content report form (preferred) or email legal@allbio.ai. Please do not abuse the reporting tool; misuse may result in account restrictions.
