PEGS AI Summit 2027

The third annual PEGS AI Summit, launched as the BioLogic Summit in 2025, will train and guide our growing community to empower the new research paradigm of integrating AI/ML and computational tools into the complex world of biologic drug discovery and protein engineering. This field is growing exponentially and PEGS AI will allow participants to take an active role in planning the industry's future direction. AI/ML has transformative potential and is being used in all stages of the biologic pipeline, from discovering new biology and generating hypotheses, identifying new targets, addressing challenging targets, pioneering new approaches in de novo design, optimizing drug candidates, defining properties to determine developability early on, maximizing safety profiles, and advancing complex biologics to the clinic.

The event features four conference tracks, luminary plenary keynotes, moderated small-group discussions, and two one-day training seminars to meet the needs of participants at every level.
